专利摘要:
A connector (3) connects two profiles (1, 2), situated at right-angles to one another and having C-shaped prolongations, to one another. The profiles (1, 2) have two profile legs (11) and each two of the profile legs have inwardly projecting webs (12, 13). The connector (3) consists of two angular plates (4), two wedge rails (5), four screws (6) and associated parallelogram nuts (7). The plates (4) each have two grooves (22) which positively receive the webs (13) and on the opposite sides wedge faces (28). The nuts (7) engage behind the webs (12). With the wedge rails (5) clamped against the nuts (7) by means of the screws (6), the plates (4) are spread. A high bending and tensile strength of the connection is achieved by this construction. …<IMAGE>…

TO THE PATENT
(21) 4895022/27 (22) 10.04.91 (46) 07/30/93. Bull. No. 28 (31) 1246/90 (32) 11.04.90 '(33) sn (71) Alusuiss-Lonza Services AG (CH) (72) Dieter Feist (CH) (56) German patent No. 2751753. cl. B 62 D 31 / 02.1986.
(54) ANGULAR CONNECTION OF TWO PROFILES AND ANGULAR ANGULAR CONNECTING ELEMENT (57) Use: in mechanical engineering, transport industry, in corner joints of profiles. Two C-shaped cross-section profiles are fastened with an angular connecting element (SSE). The SSE contains two angles with wedge surfaces on two sides and with grooves on the dipose sides, as well as two slats with wedge sides. The ribs of the profiles are installed in the grooves of the squares. Wedge strips are installed between the wedge surfaces of the elbows and fastened to the profiles by means of threaded screw-parallelogram nut pairs. Moreover, on the short sides of the nut there are protrusions that cover the protrusions of the ribs of the profile shelves. 2 s and 6 s.p. f-s, 4 ill.
The invention is used in mechanical engineering and in the transport industry in the joints of profile parts, in particular in the manufacture of carcass carcasses from extruded profiles, *
The aim of the invention is to increase strength.
In FIG. 1 is a perspective view of corner joint members; FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an angular joint: FIG. 3 is a side view of a square; in FIG. 4, section AA in FIG. 3.
In FIG. 1 shows the elements of the angular connection between the continuous horizontal first profile 1 and the second vertical profile 2 adjacent to it end-to-end, for example, by a stand ok * on the car body frame. Profiles 1. 2 extruded from aluminum alloy. The connection is carried out using an angular connecting element 3, which consists of two squares 4 and two wedge plates 5, which are fastened to the profiles by means of four bolts 6 and four parallelogram nuts 7. Profile 1, for example, can also form the edge of a multilayer plate.
Profile 1 is made with a cross section of a C-shape and has a base 6, two parallel shelves 9, at the ends of which there are counter-facing ribs 10 and additional ribs 11. The ribs 10 have protrusions 12 directed to the base 8 at their free ends. The ribs 11 are slightly narrowed conical to the free end.
The angles 4 (Figs. 3 and 4) have along both adjacent sides 1, 2 of the sides 13 on one front side 14 straight grooves 15 bounded by the edges 16. The edges 16 do not protrude from the plane of the front side 14. The lateral side 17 of the groove 15 is tilted
1831595 AZ at an angle a. equal to about 5 °, relatively perpendicular to the front side 14. The opposite side 18 is approximately perpendicular to the plane of the front side 14. The bottom of the groove 19 is located at a distance from the front plane 14 slightly larger than the length of the rib 11. On the other front sides of the squares, wedge surfaces 20 are made with a tilt angle of about 20 °. The base 21 of the square 4 is curved in the shape of a circular Lector and has a stiffener 22. The square 4 is expediently performed by the method of die forging of aluminum alloy. Due to this, high strength is achieved.
To obtain a connection in the grooves 14 of the two squares 4, the ribs 11 of both profiles 1,2 are inserted and then the wedge strip 5 is installed. The strips 5 are adjacent by the wedge surfaces 23 to the wedge surfaces 20 of the squares 4. The strips 5 have two through holes 24 with conical bevels 25 for basing the bolt heads 6. The threaded connection between the bolt 6 and the parallelogram nut 7 is self-locking. Therefore, when the bolts 6 are rotated, initially initially introduced by the longitudinal sides rotate parallel to the longitudinal strike of the profiles 1, 2. nuts 7, until their narrow sides are adjacent to the inner side of the shelves 9 5 profiles. Then the nut 7 is attracted to the ribs 10, and it, respectively, by a step 26 captures the protrusions 12 of the ribs 10. This prevents the expansion of the shelves 9 when tightening the bolt 6 as a result of the action of the wedge strip 5.
When the bolts 6 are tightened, the additional ribs 11 are jammed in the grooves 14 with geometric locking and self-braking. Therefore, the transfer of forces between profiles 1, 2 is carried out through squares 4 directly to the shelves 9 of the profiles. Thanks to this they can. high bending moments in both directions and significant tensile forces between profiles 1.2 are transmitted.
The corner connection is suitable primarily for assembling carcass carcasses for railway rolling stock and buses and, due to its high strength, the design of such carcasses, which is reliable when tipping, is ensured.
Instead of two wedge strips 5, one L-shaped wedge element can also be used. The advantage of this is that the corner joint has one less part.
